Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

Where can we deliver the package to?

We are pleased to offer shipping to all addresses in the continental United States (48 states), but we do not currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or internationally. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or Amazon Lockers.

How much is shipping?

We offer free US shipping on all orders $100+.

What are the shipping times?

It takes 1-5 business days for orders to get processed. After your order has been processed, it takes around 3 to 5 days for the item to be delivered. There can be delays beyond our control such as customs and postal service delays or an increase of gift parcels being shipped during the holidays may cause delays which might take 6–12 days for shipment.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery through our carrier’s website.

Delivery Issues

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances can occasionally cause delays. If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please reach out to us at support@healthsyncdirect.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Damaged or Lost Items

In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us support@healthsyncdirect.com within 14 days of your order's estimated delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your items.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United States. If you have questions about international shipping or require special arrangements, please contact our customer support team at support@healthsyncdirect.com.
